About these terms

Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors can occur — if we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatching, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See our Returns page for how to do this — note we can only accept returns of unopened food items.
Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
