UK delivery rates
Standard UK delivery is a flat £3.95. Orders over £35.00 qualify for free UK delivery automatically — the discount is applied at checkout, no code needed.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm, or over a weekend, go out the next working day.
Delivery times
Most UK addresses receive their order within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Remote areas (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) can occasionally take a little longer.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are added to your order and — if you have an account — visible from your order history. You'll also receive a dispatch confirmation email.
International shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Get in touch if you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
