30-day returns
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Because our products are food, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original, resealed packaging.
How to start a return
Email info@agromel.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by reply. Signed-in customers can also see order history from their account.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo where possible — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, and you won't need to return the item first.
Refund timing
Once we've received and checked a returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
