Who we are

What we collect
Account details (name, email), order details (items, delivery and billing address), and — if you create an account — your order history. If you contact us or apply for a wholesale account, we collect what you submit in that form. We do not collect or store full card details ourselves; payments are processed by Stripe (see below).
How we use it
To take and fulfil orders, provide customer support, and — where you've opted in — send marketing emails about new products and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any such email.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary data with: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), our delivery carrier (shipping label and delivery), and — where you've consented — Google Analytics and Meta for marketing analytics. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
