Microgreens

Microgreens are the young seedlings of vegetables and herbs, harvested just a week or two after germinating, when the flavour is most concentrated and the first true leaves have just appeared. Unlike the dried goods that make up most of this site, microgreens are a fresh, perishable product, grown and cut to order rather than warehoused — which changes how they're packed and shipped.
