The plant fibres are cleaned, cut, and boiled to soften them naturally.<br \/>\n2. They are blended with water to form a smooth pulp.<br \/>\n3. This pulp is then spread on wooden frames, dipped in clear water tanks to form sheets of paper.<br \/>\n4. The sheets are sun-dried under Sri Lanka\u2019s tropical sunlight \u2014 no artificial drying or energy waste.<br \/>\n5.
